We are pleased to announce that our long awaited release of Allocate365 for web and mobile devices is just around the corner. We are currently in the phase of Beta testing both applications on predominately iPhones & iPad devices but it will work on any mobile device.

As per our last newsletter the following outlines both services that will be on offer.
1. Allocate365 Mobile will be accessible from most current Windows 7, iPhone & Android phones. It will have a simple user interface tailored for mobile devices giving you access to Job Information, Customer Information, Supplier Information, Requesting Machines and more as we receive feedback.
2. Allocate365 Web Client will allow you to use your web browser from anywhere you have an internet connection. You will no longer need to log in remotely to your server after hours to see what is going on in Allocate365. The Web Client will not have all the rich features of your office version, but it will have the main ingredients you need for out of hours operations.
Both services will be hosted on Bizsoft's Secure Web Servers. Under pinning the 2 systems is the Allocate365 Web Data Connector which is a required component that will reside on your server. There will be some technical requirements that you will need to ask your IT department about first to allow the Data Connector to talk with the Bizsoft Server and vice versa. The Web Data Connector will then be used in future mobile & web initiatives, so it forms a very vital part in moving Allocate365 forward.

Allocate365 Web Data Connector - Supplied & Installed - $895 Ex GST
Access for either Allocate365 Mobile or Allocate365 Web Client will be $15 Ex GST per user/per month. If your Allocate365 user requires access to Mobile and Web Client it will be $25 Ex GST per month.
